The Heartwings Heights Operations Staff:

Marthe Dizon – President

Marthe oversees the operations of Heartwings Heights and manages its compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Having developed Heartwings proprietary payroll software, Marthe also brings extensive knowledge in the area of Information Technology.   
Joseph Clemente – Branch Manager

Joseph oversees the Rochester, NY office operations. Being a native Rochesterian, Joseph is extremely knowledgeable about the business and workforce culture of the local area. He served in many roles within the manufacturing sector for over 15 years, and his employment knowledge ranges from entry level to executive management. 
Tess Crozier – Staffing Coordinator
Patty Clemente – Staffing Coordinator

As Staffing Coordinators, Patty & Tess will establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers of customers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.

They maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws.

After personally interviewing all applicants, they will perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria.
