Computer / Software Testers

Individuals will be testing and evaluating software releases (internal drivers) for Quality and Reliability.
Essential qualifications:

- Must be able to navigate in a Windows environment. Must understand and use MS Word, Excel and Access. In addition Adobe Photoshop, Unix and Linux are helpful.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time and operate in environmental chambers that range in temperature from 55 degrees to 85 degrees F.
- Able to follow a written test plan and be extremely vigilant for errors events and occurances out of the norm.
- Be able to document and explain clearly what happened to technicians and programmers for corrective action.
- Familiar with various types of office equipment to include copiers, printers, faxes, scanners and multi-function machines.
- Unix Familiarity a Plus!! These are one year - 18 Month assignments at one of Rochester's premier copier manufacturers. Assignments are in Webster, N.Y.
