Regular Services
For employees recruited and selected by Heartwings Heights Staffing Services for placement at your company, you will determine the pay rate for the specific skill requested and Heartwings Heights Staffing Services will bill your company at an agreed upon charge rate. This charge rate will include: pay rate plus coverages for federal, state and locally mandated taxes, worker's compensation, disability and unemployment insurance (FUTA & SUTA).
Direct hire may be offered to any Heartwings Heights Staffing Services contract employee after 90 calendar days of start date. There will no additional charge to your company.
Payroll Services
For employees recruited and selected by your company and placed on the Heartwings Heights Staffing Services payroll for any period of time, a lower mark up percent is charged in consideration of your costs for advertising, interviewing and selection rather than ours. You determine the rate of pay and Heartwings Heights Staffing Services will add employees to the payroll at a charge rate which includes all mandated coverages listed above under Regular Contract Services.
