Frequently Asked Questions - General Questions

Regardless of which of Heartwings customers you work for, Heartwings Heights is always your employer. Your Heartwings staffing coordinator is your contact for all work assignments or employment issues.

Assignments may range in length from one day or longer. Some are simply temp to hire with a minimum of 90 calendar days for a customer to hire you direct. There are also 1 year & 18 month contracts with certain customers.

Please notify your Heartwings staffing coordinator immediately, especially if there is a safety concern.

Be sure to let your Heartwings staffing coordinator know when your work assignment ends so we can consider you for a new assignment.

If for any reason you must be late or absent from your assignment, notify your work site supervisor as soon as possible, then contact your Heartwings staffing coordinator as well.

Payday is Friday following the completed week you just worked. (if Friday is a holiday, then payday will be the preceding Thursday)

If an accident occurs and you are injured while on the job, call your Heartwings staffing coordinator immediately! You are employed by Heartwings Heights and covered by our Workers' Compensation Insurance. We must be notified immediately so that we can make sure you are given care and attention at the proper medical facility.

You will be provided with benefit summary information at the sign up phase of your initial placement consultation that describes the benefits available to you.
